Where are Vitamins of America products manufactured?

We proudly formulate and manufacture all VOA products in cGMP-compliant facilities located in the United States. 

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returned products, opened or not, for any reason and will provide a full refund if the item or items are returned within 60 days of the ship date. You can find our complete return policy details HERE.

How do I return a product?

Pack your product(s) securely in a sturdy package and include the packing slip. Return them using your preferred shipping carrier. Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you the full purchase price of your product(s) via your original form of payment.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for our Returns Department to receive, document, and process your return. Once it’s processed through our warehouse facility, we will issue a refund back via your original purchase method. Typically the funds will be deposited within 3-5 business days.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours after your order is received and processed. We do not process orders or ship on the weekends.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We currently ship with the USPS: United States Postal Service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

You can see the countries we ship to during the checkout process. There may be a limited number of locations we are unable to ship to.

Can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can then track your package using this number on the USPS website or directly from the email.

Please note: If your package is shipping internationally, the status will no longer update once the package has departed the US. Tracking will become active again once it has reached the destination city. The tracking scan to some countries is intermittent due to a lack of consistency of some postal service workers. Please rest assured that your package is en route even when there doesn't seem to be movement.
